Q – What is your turn around time?
A – We kindly ask for as much notice as possible! We kindly ask for seven working days, however usually dispatch orders within a couple of days.
Q – Can I send directly to the recipient?
A – Yes of course! Please just enter their address at checkout.
Q – My order has arrived damaged/incorrect, what should I do?
A – Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Q – Will I be notified when my order has been dispatched?
A – Yes, you will notified via email when your order has been dispatched.
Q – Who do you ship your orders out with?
A – We post everything out through the Royal Mail.
Q – I am unhappy with my product, can I please return?
A – As your product will be bespoke to you, your item is non returnable. If you have any concerns please email email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
